The person will be responsible for building the Company´s sales activities as well as business development. His/her main duties will include:
- Develop an excellent knowledge of the product and services.
- Establish Company's sales operations in Europe and North America.
- Build a key customer network and promotion of the diagnostic products in such fields as oncology, cardiology, infertility and another therapeutic areas among other areas.
- Identify, prioritize and initiate sales relationships with new customers (pharmaceutical companies, public and private hospitals, centers of research, etc.).
- Coordinate technical consultancy and support to clients as required.
- Contribute to defining the Company's business plan in order to achieve the greatest commercial traction in the shortest period possible.
- Deliver tangible results and sales against agreed budgets.

The candidate (male / female), with university education in biology/biochemistry/molecular biology (undergraduate or Masters; PhD not required), will be a self-starter, initiative taker with at least several years relevant experience,ideally in the diagnostic space in sales and/or marketing, as well as some prior research / lab experience.
A strong and focused 'business builder' who will effectively communicate with the organisation and key clients. The candidates must have the scope to act as a catalyst in the further development of the Company, This requires strong scientific know-how, 'execution' skills, and the drive to further develop the business.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
