- Draft, review, and negotiate cross border supply agreements with new and existing customers in English and Spanish;
- Work collaboratively with our order processing, accounting/finance, engineering and service groups, which are based in the U.S., to manage and coordinate the timely review and completion of customer contracts;
- Ensure that contracts comply with Company contracting guidelines, revenue recognition policies, product specifications and technical support and service programs and that sales practices comply with the Company's Code of Ethics and U.S. anti-corruption and anti-fraud laws;
- Maintain the company's contracting policies documentation; recommend changes and update as required to address evolving customer needs and changes in laws;
- Support order processing in finalizing purchase orders and sales confirmation documents that are legally binding and consistent with related contract terms;

Licensed to practice law in Spain.
At least 5-7 + years of legal experience, including experience working in a law firm.
At least 3 years of prior experience drafting and negotiating contracts in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in contract and intellectual property law. Prior experience working for a public U.S. company preferred.
Superb writing and speaking skills in English and Spanish
Licensed to practice law in Spain.
