Demand manager / it business partner

Importante multinacional del sector healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

1- To act as the strategic interface between the business and IT
- Understand and articulate the link between the business strategy and the IT strategy for your part of the business.
- Create and communicate that strategy to allow other business units, areas of IT, stakeholders etc. to understand what they need to do in order to support it.
- Participate fully in the management team meetings and decision making for your part of the business, providing not only the IT expert input but also engaging in the broader business debate.
- Understand and articulate the goals and drivers of your business stakeholders, working in partnership with them to achieve those goals.

2.- To prioritize the IT demand coming from your area of the business:
- Maintain a strategic plan and budget, including the detail of planning assumptions and scheduling.
- Partner with IT supply team - application support & project delivery - to ensure that business needs are prioritized

Imprescindible:

  • Residir en Lima
  • Educación Secundaria
  • 1 Año de experiencia

Se requiere:

- Business and commercial credibility - demonstrated understanding of consumer healthcare and/or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry - particularly within European markets
- Business and commercial credibility - demonstrated broad and deep knowledge of the relevant (FMCG) business facing IT systems and processes ( Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Analytics)
- Ability to develop effective IT business strategies.
- Experienced matrix manager, including experience in managing large scale, multi market IT programmes
- Evidence of driving business results through IT innovation.
