European payroll manager

Important multinacional industrial-chemical company

The company has centralized payroll operations for 10 countries in Europe from individual country payroll platforms to a regional platform (Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, UK, Poland, and Belgium). Payroll for these countries will be outsourced under a managed services agreement with an external provider.
The European Payroll Manager guides a Team of 10 Payroll countries Specialists who has responsibility for payroll operations and pay delivery for assigned countries (6550 employees)

Principles accountabilities and duties:
* Manage European payroll operations and service delivery.
* Manage vendor relationships with external payroll service providers.
* Manage regional Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal control activities.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including solving operating problems and enforcing policies and administrative procedures.
* Drive continuous process improvement to improve payroll operating efficiency. Eliminate non-value added work

Imprescindible:

• Residir en Lima
• Educación Secundaria
• 1 Año de experiencia

Se requiere:

* Five years of operational experience with payroll systems.
* Two years experience in an operational leadership capaciy.
* Good knowledge of payroll IT systems.
* Payroll tax compliance and payroll recordkeeping.
* Good English communication skills.
* Multi-national payroll.
* Knowledg in SAP IT system platform.
