The Operational Due Diligence’s goal is to identify through an independent analysis possible sources of risks in the legal, operational fiduciary procedures and administrative issues, all the risks that potentially could ultimately affect the AM which the client deals with, and on going business.

The candidate will be responsible for the setup of a Department overseeing the identification and evaluation of:
* Fiduciary Risks.
* Counterparty Risks.
* Reputational Risks.
* Investment/Operational Risks.
* Other Hidden Risks related to non investment management risks.

Specific analysis of:
* Liquidity Risks.
* Shareholder concentration.
* Redemption analysis.
* Illiquid assets.
* Administrator’s services.
* Back Office operations.
* Accounting records.
* Check of the Audited Financial Statements.
* IT Risks.
* Security.
* Contingency plan.

Imprescindible:

• Residir en Lima
• Educación Secundaria
• 1 Año de experiencia

Se ofrece:

Salario: A negociar

Jornada: Tiempo completo

Se requiere:

At least 8 years of experience required as:
- Operational Due Diligence manager at a Hedge Fund firm.
- Capital Markets Auditor.
- Compliance officer at an Investment Management Firm.

Academical Background:
- BA in a business related topic.
- FRM, CAIA, CIA also valuable.

- Hi English level is a must.

Se desea:

At least 8 years of experience required as:
