At this level role holder provides support to the UW department and ensures that the administrative processes are run efficiently and at a high quality to serve internal and external clients. This includes UW processing support, statistical analysis and update the necessary IT systems.

The role holder supports the Underwriter in the quotation, and binding and implementationng process and servicing the clients needs. The role holder plays an important part in providing and maintaining clients with a service that supports the positive image of the brand. They may have direct contacts with major clients, brokers, re-insurers, co-insurers and captives to improve the service quality.

Se requiere:

* Educated to at least high school level or similar
* Spanish language
* English language on first certificate level
* Other languages are considered added valueas required
* Good knowledge of Underwriting processes
* Working knowledge of company procedures from both a domestic and global point of view
* Good knowledge of home market (specifics)
* Administrative experience
* Client service experience
* IT-user knowledge
* Proficient knowledge of systems
* Knowledge in international business
